Through a week of near normal 80 degree high temperatures with cool high 50 degree nights, we received 1.18 inches precipitation with 0.82 on Wednesday, the remainder scattered through the week. Just about perfect for outdoor plants, enough to keep the Connecticut River up a little above the late summer shallows. Let the late summer boat races commence!
