Week ended wet with 1.8" of rain in three days, really lowering the local fire danger. The thunderstorms did produce some lightning but no new fires. The weatherman said summer is not over as we dry out and warm up this coming week. The rain should help slow down the wildfires. We did have a couple days with moderate smoke haze but the AQ is good now. Lots of pre-harvest work in the Christmas trees fields. A little water in our local creeks again.
