Still no rain.  Ponds are getting quite low and streams are running below normal also.  Water restrictions are in effect including a couple of towns that have mandatory emergency water restrictions.  Lawns are turning brown and shallow rooted plants are showing signs of stress.  The official drought status is still D0 though.  Hoping for rain in the next few days.
