Drought conditions continue, intensified by strong breezes.  Morning dew is seldom present this month. The ground is hard and dry; dust remains an issue to pasture and livestock. Yards and pastures are brown and showing dirt between individual plants.  Several farmers in the area are feeding hay or other supplements now. Fire risk is very high, especially with the breezes. Ponds have dropped significantly this month; many are scummy, and more are showing mud rings--even the bottom in some cases. Our wet-weather branches haven't run since early Spring 2025.
