There have been a few sprinkles here and there, but we are still terribly dry.  Any bare ground is dry and cracked.  I'm very grateful for my wee share of irrigation water, it's allowed me to keep my trees alive, and the hay field just might get a second cutting.  Water has been shut off for the season, about 3 weeks earlier than normal.
