A little more rain this week. Hiking and biking trails are mostly dry, bugs minimal (mosquitoes). Our pond gage down to -0.3". Mad River level from the Paddlers gage at six mile bridge is below -1.0', it’s low summer time level. WMNF fire danger sign is still set at Moderate.  Grass has stopped growing and started to brown in some areas especially near I93 at exit 28. Some stressed trees and ones in wet areas are just starting to change to fall colors.
