We are back to normal in this part of Pasco county. Our monthly rainfall through 5pm today is 10.36 inches, monthly normal for August is 9.03". YTD thru  Aug 31 is 37.09". We are at 43.73" today.. Other parts of Florida, I can't speak for, but I have two rain gauges and compare mine to nearby Pasco county site, they are accurate. Our lakes are full and the grasses and plants not watered are doing well.
