Rain for the week at this location was 0.25 in. I called it near normal but I think we have a little more moisture than normal for this time of the year. Lawns are still green, pastures still growing. Early predictions at the first of the year showed this area being just on the edge of a drought area but thankfully that has not been the case, Have not talked to any of the neighboring farmers to get their projections on yields. Gardens are done for the year. The wife is starting to take in Her decorations for winter. More rain forecast for the coming week.
