Despite receiving around a tenth of an inch this past week, and running 160% of normal for the month, it just doesn't seem that wet. For whatever reason, the topsoil just drys quickly. So, moved the condition back to near normal. Some leaves are starting to turn. Noticed yesterday in a trip east on I80, a few corn and beans fields have started to turn, likely earlier planted fields. Otherwise, summer is hanging on with the return of heat this next week.
