My husband waters most flowering plants, but not the little pine tree, which is extremely dry.  I worry about the trees. The rain they get is probably close to a trace overall. Our lawn is doing okay, but it’s mostly in shade all day. Very few insects. Used to have lots of yellow jackets and bees.  Wasps seem to be the pollinators. 
 We still have chives. Not much else growing as far as what we eat. 
It has been cool enough to use only a small fan for me and open windows for my husband. No water restrictions. It seems like the Merrimack River has more water in it. The rocks visible from the Manchester Street Bridge are covered over by water. 
 COVID vaccines still not available in our pharmacy. They are in Manchester, NH. Visited a clinic the other day and only one man was wearing a mask. 
 The highways are still quite packed with vehicles going north to the mountains on Thursday and Friday each week.
