Cloudy and warm with light winds and rain, becoming mostly sunny, then partly to mostly cloudy and cool overnight with light winds. The high temperature was around seventy six degrees, and the low around fifty eight degrees Fahrenheit. Songbirds are eating a feederful every day. White Clover, Achillea millefolium, Prunella vulgaris, Marshmallow, Soapwort, White Vervain, and Horse Nettle flowers are in full bloom. Thimbleberries are ripening. Some apples are ripening.  All corn have silk and are beginning to tassel. Blackbirds are beginning to flock. The local intermittent stream is dried out and the nearby trout stream is flowing at late-summer levels.
