Conditions still good, with some drying out from some heavy Aug rain periods. To date, we've exceeded the avg Aug rain by 2". 
MTD is sitting on the high side of above avg.
Water & Calendar YTD are on the high side of the normal range. 
Vegetation and the yard is still thriving.
