Lawns are lush green and growing rapidly with return to weekly mowing. Some trees remain stressed but not losing leaves. Summer hibiscus are blooming and planter cherry tomatoes are at the end of their harvest and growth for season.
Bird activity now is mainly sparrows, some doves, occasional robins and cardinals. Squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits are out and feeding on grass and seed overspill from bird feeder.
