Surface moisture is normal, not sure about subsoil.  Timely rain the past week has kept lawns pastures and farm crops growing.  On Tuesday I had 0.68" and Friday the 21st thunderstorms added another 0.93" for 1.61" for the week.  Most of the week was sunny hot skies.  Good weather for outdoor construction and activities.  The Baraboo River was running at normal level.
