We had about 3/4 inch rain over the past 2 days. This is refreshing, but doesn't change the basic severe drought. The garden soil will still be like dust under the surface. I am sick to death of the weathermen, whose only idea of a good day is one that's sunny. Great for tourism, lousy for the land. Pay attention, guys!
