0.32 rainfall during the past week, 2.81 so far this month, trending a bit dry again  but conditions are pretty much normal, night noise has picked up, grass lush for late August, local vegetable yield very good, quite a few viceroy buttereflies seen this week, local ponds and streams mostly at normal levels.
