These are the worst conditions I have experienced living in this house in 23 years. 

We have received 0.28” for August to date, around 20% of normal. We had an abnormal low July and an abnormally low June. We have been in a long term drought since last September—two of the the months since then have had normal precipitation. On top of that, we have experienced absolutely unprecedented heat. 

Trees are showing stress. Lawns which are not getting copious (unauthorized) water look like crap. Grass growth in wild lands is non existent. Flowers are not flowering in the open space.  Springs in the open space have been dry for months. Wells are dropping.
