High Heat, Humidity, full Sunshine days continue to dominate the weather around here. Area lakes are noticeably low and kind of stagnant. There have been several round of Thunderstorm activity around other parts of the state, but that doesn’t help here. It appears most people have given up watering the grass. There was several street utility repairs around the city, and they dropped dirt and grass seed, which exploded after a couple nic Rain Showers several weeks ago, but property owners haven’t kept up with the watering and those areas are now again bare and dirty.
Forecast: Mostly Sunny/Partly Cloudy skies, Temps still remaining into the low 80’s dropping to the low sixties overnight. Humidity to remain uncomfortably high, and Winds mostly in the teens.
