I say near normal , but we are still considered "abnormally dry".
We have gotten some regular rain since July. The dew point has been over 70 for weeks with some reprieve (upper 60's) this week. All vegetation remains green. I have not had to irrigate the fescue lawn this summer. The local hay fields have been mown and baled over the past week. Hummers are busy at the feeder and the flowering plants. Deer and offspring are seen daily browsing.
