A walk up through the woodlot revealed very dry conditions. All ephemeral stream beds dry. Vegetation is starting to droop. Wild berries low quantities, small and slow to ripen. Migrating warbler flocks passing through for the last 2 weeks. Major streams have good flow, seem about normal or a little low for this time of year. That is a purely subjective observation. Game cameras show an increase in deer activity. We do have an artificial water drip feature that seems to be attractive to more wildlife lately.
