Grain Harvest is on the way with most producers already in the field, all reporting dust as a problem. Have had no significate rain fall in weeks.  Area in a d-2 drought conditions.  Dust and smoke are filling the air on days with no to little wind.  Tempatures seem normal, with dew on vehicles in the early morning hours only.  Very little green left, and only in yards with sprinkler systems.  Water areas have shunk in size greatly and even Lake Sakakawea showing moderate low levels.  Boat docks have had to have modifications to them for continued use or closed all together.
