The conditions, as of now, are near normal.
Previous rainfall amounts make lower parts of the yard much more damp. This can pose a slight slipping hazard if walking carelessly.
There is some standing water in the lower parts of the yard. The amount of standing water is minimal.
Sap sometimes falls from trees onto windshields and car exteriors. Take precautions to prevent this if you are worried about this, including parking your car in a garage. Sap is very difficult to clean off. Cars parked closer to trees are more at risk than cars parked further away or in a garage. Sap may cause damage to paint.
Some slight fog occurred early this morning (around 6:00 AM).
There was a small amount of moisture accumulated on the grass and on the driveway, but I am unsure if this was precipitation.
Cattails have begun to grow in the lower parts of the yard.
Rabbits have been spotted frequently in the yard.
