Zero rain for August with most daytime highs at or over 100 every day. Ground is dry with small cracks. Grasses in unwatered areas are brown. We water pots and beds daily now and some of back and front yards about weekly. Just keeping balance of survival of all plants and trees. Birds and wildlife are good with water pans and bird feeders. Area lakes are near full to the lowest at 6 feet down.
