Lake level has dropped 2” this past week. Cooler temperatures and a full day of drizzle and mist, less than 4mm, did not impact dry ground substantially, but generally dampened the forest. Forest fire hazard rating has moved the Moderate, with restrictions remaining in place. Gardens continue to need daily watering. Birches are stressed, yellowing and dropping leaves. Lawn is showing brown patches.
