Local rivers and streams are out of their banks and we've been dealing with several local roads and fields flooding all week.  The ground, including fields, appears to be totally saturated and unable to absorb even the slightest rain at this point. The state has been declared in a state of emergency due to heavy rains and areas of wind damage. Crops appear to be very healthy but flooding and standing water may have negative effects.  Local construction projects have been slowed with all the rain and standing water.  We've had a few short power outages this past week also.  Our lawn and trees are very healthy.  Unable to mow the lawn this week due to the continual rain and wet conditions.  Flowers and plants are healthy and growing very well.
