Foggy, drizzly nights and limited sun during the day for most of the week. This morning is clearer, so we might have a nicer day. The fog and drizzle did help keep the landscape moist, but there are already signs of fall coming. Trees are beginning to drop leaves and our wild grape wine has some red leaves, which is pretty early. A few of our plants and shrubs were nibbled by deer this week, so the does and fawns are on the move. The two young raccoons in our gardens are now about half the size of their mother. Local wells are still supplying water, but that will likely change next month as ground water levels continue to drop. The number of tourists in the area seems to be starting to decrease, but the RV parks are still full. Ocean conditions were favorable for fishing and water sports this week.
