FIRE - With over and once of precipitation last week, we continue to keep moisture in the ground and therefore low Fire Hazard.
ENERGY - Over the past week we have had average temperatures averaging about normal.  A few days above and a few days below and a few days at normal.  What is different is the Heat Index which one day was forecasted to be 119°!  With that intensity it surely has dried out the top soil.
GENERAL. - We lost the normal afternoon showers last week, but it is forecasted to start again this week.
