Rain earlier in the week, but none in the last few days. Lots of storms going south of us but we aren't getting any of the very heavy rains from them. Grass and trees are green so far. Some mosquitoes but not too bad. Some late summer flowers still appearing but none of the autumn ones yet. Will be putting out the feeders again next month and will start seeing birds again. I can hear them but they aren't coming to the yard.
