Periodic thunderstorms and dew have added moisture occasionally but no storm has been significant lately. My pond continues to lose water…30” low right now. My brook is barely flowing but it’s nowhere near dried up. My grass is definitely dried up and getting yellow in the sunny areas but the shady areas are still growing well. Mowing is every two weeks now instead of weekly. Been noticing red leaves on the ground out in the woods already…dry conditions or simply the beginning of fall causing it? I don’t know.
