We received 0.72" of rain in the past week. Our ranch lake is still holding steady at capacity with a light discharge from the overflow. Ground is consistently damp, grass, plants, and pastures are all doing well. Yesterday we had a morning visit from a flock of turkeys, an afternoon ground hog was working the west back yard fence line, and a few late afternoon deer were grazing at the edge of the woods. Pretty nice August weekend !!
