0.46” rain this week.  Creeks low, seeps just damp rock faces.  More hay down, some beans are yellowing already, all crops looking good.   Tall Ironweed is blooming.  Native to KY, good for bees and butterflies, robust, and beautiful purple flowers.  Also Partridge Pea for our bobwhite and black & brown-eyed susans.  We're fond of native plants.  Walnuts and fruit trees dropping leaves.  Hummingbirds going through 4 cups of juice a day.  A few turkeys and deer out.
