With 2.19" of rain in the past week combined with 5.36" in July, we're now at 92% of PRISM normal with 27.38" YTD. The drought monitor has upgraded this area to D0 from D1. Some drainage ditches are holding water after being bone dry at the start of the summer. The grass is growing again and vegetation is lush.
