Pretty much the same this week as last. A few more tenths of rain and tolerable temperatures. So green for August. Corn rows facing west appear to be drying ahead of schedule. The other side is green . On second look, it’s a change in soil. Still nothing to complain about. 

Did have some strong winds last week. I didn’t notice anything near me but after traveling a bit, you could see the effect on soybean fields. Also , soft maple along creek banks had damage. Local events.
