We received 0.81" plus a T this week (0.61" 8/7-8/8)  
Though water ran swiftly down streets and ponded during heavy rain storms, it rather quickly inflitrated back into the ground, which was dry and cracked beforehand. 
Lawn, plants, and trees are all doing well.
Nearby streams appear to be flowing normally.  
I have not observed any unusual animal movements or behaviors. 
Water quality is normal and there are no restrictions on usage.
