Only 0.04 inches of rain in the past week.  Native grass and weeds dry and stunted in growth. Normally grasshoppers would be a constant pest, but we aren't even seeing many of those around.  Soil is hard and dry.  Normal ponds and Creekside are dry.  Watering restrictions and outdoor fire ban remains in effect. We are only using captured rain water for watering. Lots of dry lawns and stressed plants. Lakes are lowest we have ever seen.
