The rain this past Saturday really helped, we were running moderately dry before the 1.91".  Grass was going dormant again, trees were showing a little stress, dropping leaves early. Creeks were down.  Wet spots in fields had all dried up.  Corn is showing a little bit of firing at the bottom.  This was a very welcome and timely rain.
