We received 0.4" (7/28) + a T (7/29) this week (as of my 7:30 am obs time this morning).
The ground is dry, but not overly so, and the grass, plants, and trees seem to be growing  at normal rates and are green. Nearby smaller creeks are low normal; larger streams seem pretty full. I have not observed any unusual animal movements or behaviors.   Water quality is normal and there are no restrictions on usage.
