The Blanco River in Wimberley is flowing at 18.3cfs, just above the 25th percentile of flow for the 99-year period of record. Groundwater from Jacob's Well is also flow just above the 25th percentile of flow. Grasses are beginning to show some stress, but still are in good shape after 4.5" of rain in July. The burn ban remains off.
