Dry time of the year. For the month, .37", down .27" or 58% of normal;  .3" occurred on the 17th; for the year, 23.24", up 1.79" or 108% of normal, and for the water year, 44.15", up 6.53" or 117% of normal.  Lawn is mostly tan now but plants are not yet showing any stress of drying out.
