We’ve averaged about a half inch of rain every week in July, overall the ground is mildly dry. Conditions have been mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 20s and lows in the low to mid teens. Grass is slightly brown, but still growing after rains. Crops are looking good with grains nearing ready to harvest and potatoes in full flowering.  Brush burning not permitted between 8am and 2pm.
