We have surpassed the average monthly rainfall for the first time since October.  Summer is our wet season, and July is our usual wettest of the year, averaging nearly 7 inches over the last 30 years.  We're now at 8.02 inches for the month.  We are still at a deficit year to date, but are no longer dry.
