We’ve received 0.59” to date for July, 40% of normal. We’re in a heat wave, and it got to 100F both weekend days at my house.  We’re in the 10th month of drought… year to date 7.57” 65% of normal, water year to date 9.05” 62% of normal. Monsoons not materializing in my area of Boulder. All vegetation except well-watered lawns looks crispy.
