In my opinion, we are sitting the fence between mildly and moderately dry, 5 days since a significant rain, and expect rain again tonight, just in the nick of time. Any outdoor plants require watering. The Connecticut River shows her shallows, so our boathouse has put markers out for warning all but the most flat of kayaks/canoes.
