Short term rainfall below normal.  Half inch of rain this week which equaled the total of the 3 weeks before that, not counting the 1.8 inches on the 19th.  Grass has showed some improvement to green with 3 rain events in 10 days.  River is running slightly lower than average still for this time of year.
