Description:
Near Normal – 1.18 of rain Tuesday. We are a half foot below normal for water year. Weekly reducing the deficit by an inch or so. Another inch plus forecast this week.

	Comfortable daytime temperatures in the high 70’s – low 80’Sdaytime and 50’s at night. Mowing required weekly.  Vegetable farmers tilling, planting and harvesting. Crop corn growing well and tasseling. Mill Road Pond algae in abundance and early. Fire retention pond near normal.

	NYC Reservoirs near normal at 87.1% of capacity compared to normal of 90.9%. Consumption is seasonally high at 1.11 billion gallons for the week.
