Weekly precip was 1.38 inches. Hot last Sunday and this Monday and Tuesday (mid to upper 90s). Rain early on Wednesday and cooler temps (mid to upper 80s) that continued Thursday and Friday. Yesterday (sat july 25) brought a very nice rain in the morning with sunshine and a temp back in the 90s in the afternoon. Very humid to extremely humid all week (70s and low 80s dewpoint). Very moist in the short term in the local area and this has been very beneficial for our crops (5.19 inches for July so far and 3.46 is normal). Other areas in surrounding counties (especially to our South) have not been getting such timely and beneficial rains. Very green and lush now as we move deep into summer.
