It has rained hard every four or five days so little watering needed this month.A stretch of sunny, comfortable days this week. Hummingbirds are all over the monarda and crocosima flowers, katydids singing all evening. Very cool nights, down to low 50's. Most of the roses aren't flowering now; the remontant ones lost a lot of buds in the last heat wave and are starting over.
