I’ve put “Near Normal”, but for the past several years, July has been dry, and THIS July we’ve had about 2X the 30-yr average rainfall, so comparatively, we’re a little wet.  But we’ll call it “Normal”.  It’s wonderful to have moist soil even at the bottom of the shovel’s reach.
