We received 1.56", plus a T 2 days, this past week (as of 12:35 pm today); 1.39" were from mult heavy rain events 7/21-7/22 (24 hr obs period). While water streamed heavily along road and sidewalks, and ponded in low areas, during heavy rains, the water rather quickly inflitrated back into the ground once the rain stopped. Ground is currently at normal condition and grass and plants are growing steadily. Nearby streams appeared on low side of normal,  but still flowing, when I drove past them earlier this morning.  I have not observed any unusual animal movements or behaviors.  Water quality is normal and there are no restrictions on usage.
