We've had some good rain this week. Corn is up, horses have good pasture, lawns are green and being mowed, and the overall visage is lush and verdant.  However, ground water isn't quite where it should be evidence of the continuing draught status.  This is visible in nearby streams and creeks. The nearby USGS test well is flat at 15' below ground level, which is rather low.  We need much more precipitation to catch up to where we should be YTD.
